Kwamanman Rural Bank commissions new head office building

Kwamanman Rural Bank Limited at Kwamanman in the Sekyere District in the Ashanti Region has commissioned its head office complex at a colorful ceremony at Kwaman.

The bank had been operating on a rented premises but the board took a decision to acquire a plot of land a few meters away from the old head office building and began the construction four years ago.

Currently, the bank operates 10 branches in the Ashanti Region. They are Kwaman, Beposo, Nsuta, Mampong, Old Tafo and Amakom. The rest are Tanoso in the campus of UEW, Kejetia, Kona and Adanwomase branches.

The chairman of the board of directors, Mr. John Brefo, expressed his appreciation to shareholders and customers of the bank for their loyalty that had resulted in the current growth and satisfactory performance of the bank.

The General Manager of the bank, Mr. Samuel Banahene, in an interview with The Republic on the sidelines, noted that management team would continue to pursue policies aimed at maximising more profits and giving exceptional customer satisfaction.

The acting managing director of the Association of Rural Banks (ARB) Apex Bank, Mr. Alex Kwasi Awuah, with the support of the Omanhene of the Kwaman traditional area, Barima Abayie Ntori Nimpa, unveiled the plaque to officially open the building, and assured customers of the bank that their investments with the bank were safe and that they should have confidence in the board.
