Residents of Anloland in the Vokta region would on Thursday October 10, pour out in their number to demonstrate against the Nana Akufo Addo government in the Anlo Constituency.
A statement signed by Convener of the demonstration, Wonder Deynu, , indicated that the purpose is to express their concerns over abandoned of development projects initiated by the previous administration in the area.
The demonstration, he said is also to register their displeasures of uncontrollable level of corruption and mass thievery by government appointees in the constituency.
“Pressing issues of corruption, abuse of power, conflict of interest, our one district one factory, deplorable States of town roads, markets, ” portion of the statement read.
The demonstration which is expected to start at 6:00 am from the Goil Filling Station, would be participated by Drivers, market women and traders, students, opinion leaders and all residents of Anlo that have the development of the area in the heart.
