He disclosed this to THE REPUBLIC on Wednesday evening in Accra, after he visited some constituencies in the Greater Accra Region, to canvass for votes ahead of the NDC National Delegates Congress billed for November 3, this year.
He said, “I will embark on aggressive membership drive that will deliver the country to us in 2020. My skills is winning elections. I will lead this party as Vice Chairman to victory in 2020.
“I have an electoral map for victory and would not release it till after the congress,” he assured.
Alhaji Sinare noted that his track records in the past were available for all to dig into.
“I have delivered in the past, I was part of national executives and member of campaign and I delivered in 2008. In 2016. If you vote for someone who does not know what it takes to deliver, there will be problems,” he warned.
The vice chairmanship aspirant said he would not just sit in one place, but will rotate from house to house, kiosk to kiosk and from constituency to constituency and to other places all over the country.
“I will not sit in the NDC head-office , but rotate from corner to corner to tell the NDC development story. I will move from region to region. As soon I am declared victory at our congress and from January 2019, I will start moving, not just to remain in Accra,” he assured.
“We don’t want to have crisis. We want a clear vision to face one thing, which is to win elections,” he emphasized.
Alhaji Sinare said, his experience, commitment and loyalty would help achieve his goals of winning the 2020 elections for the NDC, adding that he had served the party from the grassroots and has the needed capacity to bring back the NDC to power if giving the nod as a national Vice Chairman.
“The ideas and experiences I gathered from branch, constituency, regional and national level, I will replicate it to help to ensure the party wins power” he noted.
Alhaji Sinare expressed optimism of winning the national vice chairmanship slot due to his previous records as national executive member, adding his job over the year’s will speak for him.
